Terms OF Sale

Our kittens can be purchased after they have received their first vaccination around 6 weeks old. Any kittens that have not be reserved prior to their birth, from a litter,  are then made available. They will go to their new home between 12-14 weeks of age.

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THAT YOUR KITTEN BE ALLOWED TO GO HOME UNALTERED, ALL PET QUALITY AND SHOW QUALITY KITTENS WILL BE ALTERED PRIOR TO LEAVING US.

All kittens are placed once they have had all their vaccines to date. Each kitten is examined by my Vet, at least once and issued a Florida State Health Certificate.

The State of Florida has a very Strict Protocol. Each kitten, when sold, must have this certificate which not only inculdes the above vaccines but also Fecal Exam, De-worming, Feline Leukemia/Aides Test and Rabies Vaccine for all Kittens 3 months of age or older.

All kittens are sold under contract which INCLUDES A NO DECLAWING provision.

$200 Deposit is required to hold a pet kitten. $300 Deposit is required for a show/alter kitten, $350 for a breeder. Once the litter is born and you have picked out your kitten it will be placed on hold for you. When we receive your deposit your kitten will be reserved for you in your name.              

All deposits are non-refunable.

Pet Quality Kittens-$800 and up.

Show/Alter Kittens $1300 and up. These kittens are altered prior to leaving.

Breeder quality kittens $1500 and up.

Many people ask us to let them know when a litter arrives. Although we do try to do this, due to time limitations it is not always possible for us to do so. We apologise in advance if this should happen.

Our kittens are very special to us and are raised in a loving enviroment in our home. They are NOT CAGED and once they are old enough, they are allowed to roam about where they please. (please see our fun photo page for examples of where they play in our home).

In each litter of kittens, we hope we will find a kitten we can keep for our breeding or showing program. There are times when this is not the case and we must pace all our babies into loving homes.  That doesn't stop them from becoming wonderful Ragdoll kittens and loving pets.
